On request from most of you, I am sharing some of the ideas that I follow to sneak in some fitness in to daily routine.
I have used all of them and this is just not advice. As a working mom of 6 year old and 1 year old, if I can do it, then you can do it.

1) Pick a workout plan
First thing first. Pick what you are going to do. Gym, walking, running, yoga or cardio.

2) Wake up 30 mins early.
This is one of the best thing to do though waking up is the hardest part. But really cant you wake up early just for 3 days out of 7.Advantages of doing your exercise earlier are:
- Keeps you fresh and full of energy throughout the day.
- You can check off the list.
- Quiet time from your family and kids.
3) Find time in the Evening.
Engage your kids for 30 mins of TV time and sneak out there to exercise. If we have 30 mins for Facebook, whats app and Pintrest then we definitely should have time to exercise.
4) Weekend
If weekdays are impossible, workout for longer time during the weekend. Again I would recommend doing it early than waiting because we will have plans for our weekend.5) Plan with kids
Even if it is for 10 mins, plan a dancing session for the songs that your kids will enjoy.
Try "Cha cha Slide song" .
Play catch!!!
6) 5 to 10 minutes videos:
There are many short videos in youtube. I will try to do those videos anytime during the day when you get time.
Or get on the treadmill or Elliptical for 10 minutes if you have one.
Else do 10 Suryanamaskar.

7) Reason
Find a reason to exercise along with the reason of weight loss. eg: Set example to kids, Reduce stress.
8) Be Accountable
Join a whatsapp group with friends and be accountable to each other.Comment below if you want me to join my group Fitnessfun and be accountable to us. :)
